This store's shoes start at size 4.5. Although I'm not sure its your aesthetic or that they aren't being manufactured in Chinese sweat shops.

    I don't really understand how this stuff is so cheap -- because it says wholesale but you can buy just one. But I looked a little and it seems really cool.
